• Breaking any rule stipulated in the TOS will mean any right the client has to the work will be completely stripped.

~ GENERAL ~
• I reserve the right to refuse service.
• Disrespect will not be tolerated and is grounds for cancellation of the commission without refund.
• If you message me, please be patient. I am a university student doing classes full time so I will not always be available to speak.
• The client must provide an alternative form of contact in case the initial one becomes obsolete.
• Full quality commissioned work will be sent via Google Drive to keep the original quality intact.

~ PAYMENT ~
• Half of the commission price is due upfront. The rest will be due after I finish the commission, but before I send it to you.
• Commission prices are non-negotiable. Once a price is set IT CANNOT BE CHANGED.
• Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Commercial use will include an additional charge and MUST be communicated prior to the first payment.
• Max 3 revisions. Anything past that will incur an additional charge.

~ RIGHTS TO WORK ~
• I reserve full rights to use the art in full for all portfolio purposes.
• USE OF THE COMMISSIONED WORK IN AI OR NTFS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• The client is strictly prohibited from claiming the commissioned work as their own.
• If posted anywhere, credit is strictly required.
• The client is permitted to post uncolored sketch images of the commissioned work with credit. Anything past that is not permitted to be posted until the final payment has been made.
• Re-Selling of a commissioned work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes both commercial and non-commercial commissions.
• The client reserves the right to use the commissioned work as they please for all non-commercial purposes. If they wish to use the commissioned work commercially, an additional charge will be added to the full price and MUST BE COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO THE FIRST PAYMENT.
