Original Base Prices are smaller, crossed out, and italisized. Discounted prices are in bold.

There is no charge for revisions on character designs.

All base prices include Lineart. If you want a sketch version instead, there will be a $5 deduction.

FEES INFO

• Commercial Use: Commercial use will include an additional charge and MUST be communicated prior to the first payment.
• Revisions: Max 3 revisions. Anything past that will incur an additional charge. This is not for my own mistakes or character designs.
• Complexity Fee: This is an additional price added onto the initial price for works I expect to take longer than normal. For example if you want me to draw a character with a lot of details that will incur an additional charge. This is to be communicated PRIOR to the first payment.

HOW PRICES ARE CALCULATED

• When choosing pricing I based it on this equation: ~ hrs it takes × my local living wage
• I then round that number to the closest multiple of 5
• Flat colors prices are calculated by adding $5 to the sketch prices.

【 Terms of Service 】

DISCLAIMER

• Upon requesting a commission, the client has fully agreed to everything in the Terms of Service even if it has not been read in full.
• Breaking any rule stipulated in the TOS will mean any right the client has to the work will be completely stripped without refund.
• Please fill out the commission form! It makes things easier!
• Make sure to state your purpose of messaging me or I WILL NOT RESPOND
• When contacting me through Instagram you need to be following me. This is to prevent spam messages in my message requests.
• My other socials do not have this requirement solely because that option isn't available on them.
• When I make a mistake PLEASE TELL ME. I am happy to fix any mistake I make with zero extra charge! I will never get mad for my own mistakes!

• I reserve the right to refuse service.
• Disrespect will not be tolerated and is grounds for cancellation of the commission without refund.
• If you message me, please be patient. I am a university student doing classes full time so I will not always be available to speak. I WILL message you as soon as I can!
• The client must provide an alternative form of contact in case the initial one becomes obsolete.
• Full quality commissioned work will be sent via Google Drive to keep the original quality intact.

【 What You Receive 】

I will send a link to a Google Drive folder with the finished art piece in it. This is to retain the full quality.
Non-commercial: a watermarked .png of the full artwork.
Commercial: both a watermarked and non-watermarked .png of the full artwork.

【 Commission Types 】

Headshot: A bust up illustration.
Half Body: A knee up or hip up illustration.
Full Body: A full body illustration.
Character Design: A design made specifically for the client. My own bases will be used but I will make changes to the base based on what the client wants. For example, body types.

【 PAYMENT 】

• Commissions are paid for through Ko-Fi via Stripe. I do not take PayPal.
• Half of the commission price is due upfront. The rest will be due after I finish the commission, but before I send it to you.
• If the client wants fully shaded art, the price may include a complexity fee based on how long I believe the art will take. This is communicated prior to the first payment.
• Commission prices are non-negotiable. Once a price is set IT CANNOT BE CHANGED.
• The only exception to this rule is when there are 4+ revisions on headshot, half body, or full body commissions.
• Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE.

【 RIGHTS TO WORK 】

• USE OF THE COMMISSIONED WORK IN AI OR NTFS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• I reserve full rights to use the art in full for all portfolio purposes.
• The client is strictly prohibited from claiming the commissioned work as their own.
• If posted anywhere, credit is strictly required.
• If you edit the art in any way, you must mention this when posting.
• The client is permitted to post uncolored sketch images of the commissioned work with credit. Anything past that is not permitted to be posted until the final payment has been made.
• Re-Selling of a commissioned work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes both commercial and non-commercial commissions.
• The client reserves the right to use the commissioned work as they please for all non-commercial purposes. If they wish to use the commissioned work commercially, an additional charge will be added to the full price and MUST BE COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO THE FIRST PAYMENT.
• Commercial use includes anything that provides monetary gain for the client. This includes advertising and content creation. Profile decorations (ex. profile pictures) are not considered commercial.
